Doing Jewish - Being Jewish

248 Local Hub Week

Identify your passion

This week, we begin our journey towards the Doathon, the ultimate hackathon of Jewish Doing.

We’d like to start by planting the seed for creative thinking.

Inspiration is everywhere, and with so many diverse global initiatives, it’s easy to feel overwhelmed.

So let us focus first on ourselves. How did we become who we are today? What are our interests?

What are we passionate about?

Our hub friends and local community members may be able to offer guidance and tools for reflection.

Talk to them!

Your story

One of the ways to discover yourself and your passion is to create a collage of your life.

Literally. Arts and crafts help put abstract thoughts and feelings onto paper.

The method of upcycling can help us put together an identity book.

Check out the clip below for the materials used in Emek HaMaayanot- Beit Shean’s hub session.

A Memorable Quote

“Whatever you think the world is withholding from you, you are withholding from the world.”

Until next week... :)
